Well I had a rough experience overall but I see there was probably a business side of it I didn't take it personal. Thanks a lot y'all, but if you've broke your phone and looking to get your acct# and transfer pin. Advice I would recommend is to borrow a phone, call customer service while in the store and bring your ID.

They helped me switch from boost mobile. Got a free iPhone (with activation and fees) paid $99.
