I dreaded coming in. She told me about a promotion I had that I was unaware of she was extremely knowledgeable and most important did not make me feel stupid for doing the factory reset. I'd been struggling with some In store reps & on the phone nonsense with AT&T – felt like I was talking to people who just pretended to care . Marlena is unique and actually read the situation,so i wouldn't repeat myself ! I couldn't believe she took the time to understand where I was coming from.

After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

I have visited this location twice now. I first visited to upgrade my son’s phone, and again to upgrade phones for both my wife and I. Very pleased with the clean store, prompt greeting, very little wait time, and customer service. The manager, Zach, is super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us select our phones, informed us of the “Next up” program for future upgrades, and he helped us activate new phones and transfer data from old phones. Very happy with service. Highly recommend.”

“I forgot to ask for the employees names, but it was a young guy and a girl and they were super helpful.. I’m from Dallas and was on a short trip to Austin and I had just ported over my number from another carrier but the port didn’t go through.. I was without service all day Saturday and Sunday I visited early in the morning and the girl was super knowledgeable, she got my problem fixed within 2 mins of me being there.. I also was planning on getting the WiFi and the young guy helped me set that up as well.. Great staff, super helpful and friendly”
