He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings. For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team. Thank you, Elijah, for your patience and for making this process so much smoother!”

Very pleased with the clean store, prompt greeting, very little wait time, and customer service. The manager, Zach, is super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us select our phones, informed us of the “Next up” program for future upgrades, and he helped us activate new phones and transfer data from old phones. Very happy with service.
