went in to fix an esim that we activated last night and was told to call customer care (w the phone that ISNT working) and he refused to help us call even. wonderful dude truly 🙄

Slow service, only one person serving, I have like 30 minutes waiting and there are still 2 more people in front of me, how horrible!!! Find another location

The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Solved the problem with my cellphone quickly and easily. After two weeks with a less than acceptable cellphone, the \"solution\" posed by the representative is to buy a tablet. Another $100 up in smoke.
