Chilaquiles and sweet potato/pork bowl were amazing. Fresh food, trendy location, great experience.

I researched for new food trucks because were coming to ACL for the wknd. I found this amazing breakfast/brunch/hangover food truck! The staff was so friendly, attentive and constantly came out to check on all the customers. It was a hot day, and I ordered a cold brew coffee. My group ordered the Texas Hash, BEC, Hashbrown and the Yogurt Parfait. No complaints but utter satisfaction from everyone. I personally ordered the BEC, the sunny egg with pimento cheese hit the spot. I will definitely go back just for this truck.

My favorite stop while we were in Austin, just one of those places that you almost feel lucky to stumble upon. Searching through Yelp- I wanted to go somewhere closer to the art district, less downtown, mainstream you could say. So we took a 15 minute walk to Paperboy. A quaint little area surrounded by neighborhoods- it almost makes you feel at home when you walk up. Newspapers are available, a daily pastry special listed near the order window. I couldn't resist the BEC - a bacon, egg and cheese but here's the catch- the cheese is pimento. You can't help but NEED this sandwich, I also absolutely had to try their special pastry too, a biscuit with apple butter. Our order arrives and from the very first bite of the bread on the sandwich is light, airy and fresh- an absolutely refreshing feel. The egg and bacon cooked perfectly and the pimento cheese makes for a great addition to this breakfast classic. As if the bread on the BEC wasn't perfect enough, the biscuit is everything I expected and amazingly paired with delicious apple butter to spread on top. If you're feeling a little adventurous, give yourself a break from downtown and give Paperboy a try.

Paperboy has the trifecta everyone is looking for: fresh, flavorful, and frugal! All their ingredients are super fresh (you can taste the freshness), yet they don't compromise at all in the flavor category, and some how with doing all of that they still keep prices and portions at the right amount to fill you up without breaking the bank. I got to try the B.E.C. Sandwich, the Texas Hash, and the Cinnamon Toast. Everything was wonderful. The house-made pimento cheese on the BEC was creamy, with just the right amount of spice. The Texas Hash was a nice balance between sweet and smoky, with a slight hint of coffee in the romesco sauce, which took the dish to another level. And finally... the Cinnamon Toast, it was LIFE-CHANGING. It changed the way I will look at cinnamon toast from now on. The mascarpone cheese was a game changer, and paired with the freshly toasted bread and the cinnamon sugar crumble on top, I became instantly sold. If you're a sweets fan the cinnamon toast is a must, and if you like good breakfast/brunch food, Paperboy is a must!! **Pro-tip: add their house-made chimichurri to the top bun of the BEC Sandwich, it takes the flavor to new heights!!

Oh woah I don't normally get food trucks in Houston, but apparently, it's a THING in Austin. We got the hash, Steak & Egg and they were all delicious. Absolutely love them :) Downside: plenty of flies around cuz tables were all outside apparently. But that didn't bother much.
