Room has bed bugs, when we told the receptionist about it she said they only come out at night. We took pictures of the bugs in the bed. Always check your sheets! You get what you pay for. They denied a refund. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.Rooms: 1/5

Charge $35.00 for early check-in if room is ready. We were there at 2, check-in was 3. We declined. Room was clean, bed comfy. When we tried to use the coffee in room, the 2 packages were open and empty! Location was very good.Rooms: 3/5

I booked this just yesterday since I had to be in Austin urgently and this place is the best! Very clean room and very professional! I was treated with respect! Good customer service and very nice environment. It’s a walking distance to pretty much Everything downtown. Clean room and everything! 10/26/2022
