They were also excellent at showing options and immediately providing a selected model for a travel CPAP. Customers express being very thankful for the staff.
Staff is good. But call back is horrible. I left 3 messages in a span of 3 eeeks and haven’t heard back yet. They don’t want people to show up at their door without an appointment. Now going through the doctor asking them to please ask park crest to call me back

Hard to get someone on the phone to order more supplies. In office they were friendly, although a little slow.
