The Prometric Test Center is a polite, organized, and clean facility. The process is systematic and efficient, with clear explanations of rules and requirements. Employees are consistently noted as friendly, helpful, and considerate, which helps ease test-taker stress. The sign-in and check-out processes are quick and easy, and the testing space itself is clean and personal. While the parking lot is noted as a bit sketchy and the testing room can be very cold, the overall experience is extremely smooth and ideal. The center provides storage, clean bathrooms, and comfortable chairs, contributing to a great testing experience that exceeds expectations and provides peace of mind.
