The Container Store in Austin, TX, offers a wide selection of storage and organization solutions, ideal for homes and offices. The store is currently open for limited-capacity in-store shopping and contactless curbside pickup for orders and returns. Customers value the great deals and unique products, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages browsing. The helpful and friendly staff, including team members like Eden Rodriguez, Keith May, and Cynthia, often go above and beyond to assist shoppers. The store's location near a taco cabana and Whole Foods Market makes it accessible for delivery drivers, though they should be prepared for manual unloading at the front doors. Overall, The Container Store is highly recommended for anyone looking for organization solutions or special items. Customers also share positive experiences with customer service, noting quick exchanges and helpful staff, which makes shopping here a pleasant experience.
Now that the Container Store has merged with BED BATH & BEYOND, the store(s) is even better. They are adding more stock. But it lowers when the products sell pretty quickly. I like it very much. I'll take photos the next time we go.

This review is really just to say that Sivlay was the most friendly sales person I’ve encountered in a very long time. So upbeat and happy!! It was wonderful and refreshing. Thank you!!

We came in with our own closet design, but their designer in the Austin store, Janice, helped us achieve an even better design. Overall, it was a very pleasant and efficient purchase. Janice really knows what she is doing and was a pleasure to work with.
