We got to the airport and had issues with our reserved rental with Avis. So we went over to the thrifty counter and met Virginia. She got us everything we needed in a very swift and efficient manner. She was kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommend thrifty and for Virginia to get a raise.

Did not have any cars upon our arrival, with a line full of people questioning why we aren’t getting cars the employee responded very rudely. There’s a reason this place is the only rental in Austin with a line and it’s not because they’re popular.

Can’t get through to not one person on site the prompts lead you no where. The phone leads you back to the website to make all of your changes which the website crashes times out or does not load so you cannot make any changes I would not rent from here.
