Tiny Grocer / SOCO is a great little store and a go-to destination for gourmet grocery needs. It is like a quaint boutique grocer with unique products everywhere, carrying a wide variety of unique, hard-to-find items. These include unique foods, gifts, toiletries, and kitchen supplies, as well as freshly baked bread, locally sourced produce, hand-selected wines, and organic teas. The deli offers a tempting selection of meats and cheeses and wonderful prepared foods, like a good breakfast burrito, a recommended BLT, and empanadas. It is also a good coffee stop, with an espresso bar and sidewalk window service for drinks, both nonalcoholic and alcoholic. They even offer soft serve ice cream. The vibe is great, and the employees are always so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, sweet, and attentive.
