“I first took my 2004 Lexus RX330 to Bearden Automotive in March 2016 for a routine 5K mile oil change and check-up. Because Bearden has professional mechanics who work on Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles, I was comfortable taking the car there rather than to the dealership. The cost of the oil change and check-up was much less than it would have been at the dealership.
Since then, Bearden has become my “one and only” shop for routine maintenance as well as all repairs - small or large. When I take the car in with a problem, they diagnose the issue, explain what needs to be done, how long the repair will take, and the total cost. If there is more than one repair option, they fully explain the differences and provide the cost of each one. There are no unhappy surprises.
My Lexus is now at 172K miles and is still peppy and purrs like a kitten. Josh and Albert are professional and welcoming. Believe all of the 5-star reviews.”

“My pick-up broke down near downtown Austin, heater hose broke so I figured I could do the repair. Called Quick Tow to schedule a tow back to my house based on good Yelp reviews. They were prompt and friendly, scheduled the tow quickly with no hassle. It made a nerve racking situation a lot easier to handle. Thanks Mando, great driver, very careful and polite. Will certainly use and recommend them in Austin again. Cost was very fair.”

Like you, I found Ben White Auto through Google reviews. Jerome and his staff took excellent care of our 2018 Honda Civic, which needed a good amount of work. First, I was a walk-in, but was treated as if I had an appointment. I was also a first time customer. Secondly, Jerome explained everything to me thoroughly and in language I could understand. I asked for two things, but wound up needing four issues addressed. They fixed the air conditioning- hallelujah! Next they did our TX state inspection. FYI- They send photos for everything, and you have the ability to approve any work online- all you have to do is click on the link. So there is total transparency and photos of what needs to be done. That’s where they found the brake fluid needs. And lastly one of the mechanics, I won’t name him for fear everyone will ask for him haha, went above and beyond to repair a light that initially was priced out much higher due to the approach needed to get to the light. He found an alternate solution. My bill was high- but I know it would’ve been much much higher elsewhere. Extremely grateful to Ben White Auto and the whole staff. Your car is in excellent hands at this shop. I recommend them in the highest possible sense!”

Ashley at the front desk was great at explaining the process and letting me know when the truck would get there and that I was in a safe place.The tow truck driver Shenkia called me to let me know when she would be arriving. She also asked me if I was in a safe place. I appreciated both women asking me if I was safe.She was absolutely amazing when she showed up for the tow. Dane and his guys always go above and beyond for my wife and I. It has a personal family feel to it that large shops don’t have.
Recently, Dane even printed me maintenance care things for my Frontier that you can’t even find on the web. It’s on a platform specifically for mechanics. Info HE PAYS FOR as a professional!
Even more recently, I went in for an oil change and provided all the equipment for the change. Later, my oil stated dripping bc of my faulty plug that I provided. I went back to the shop and he found the issue, drained the oil, checked everything, filled it back up, and didn’t let me pay. Crazy.

“I appreciate the pick up after someone hit my car. I was taken away by ambulance. I didn't call them, I'm sure law enforcement did. What absolutely boggles the mind is how I got a notice 8 days after the accident to let me know they have my car!? I'm glad I was already on top of things and had my insurance pick up for repairs days ago.. was informed this goes out anytime y'all get a car, np. My discord is the 8 days later!..was contacted by someone at the location and I listened . They are just like the rest of us, shipping carriers are not always on point.
