Truck was ill equipt, it did not have the proper dolly for a washer and dryer.

I never write reviews. This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a U-Haul. I just rented a truck for a few hours but all of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I haven't seen a genuinely thrifty employee at any business in what feels like a couple of years. 5 stars, great staff.

Easy pick up and made changes to reservation later by phone and everyone was nice and helpful.
