Would give a 5 star but their was a bit of an issue. I placed a reservation and went to the pick up address that was on my receipt/email. Waited 45 minutes, so I called and they said my reserved truck was at a different location. A little frustrating but the lady on the phone and at the new pick up location was super nice.
