The store is easy to get to and usually not busy. Some customers note it is convenient and the place to go for service, though for Amazon returns they sometimes cannot take packaging due to lack of room. A few wish the hours were later. Overall, the store receives positive recommendations.

Great experience with Griffin. I shipped some jam to my brother, and somehow the wrong destination address was entered the previous day. Griffin took control of the situation, and the package was rerouted to the correct address, and now my brother is enjoying his jam. Thank you Griffin.
