I’m always satisfied with the service at the Four Points UPS Store. They do more than their share of free work for both Amazon and Spectrum. We now must overpay for mail and delivery — the pleasant demeanor of staff is a breath of fresh air!

Nice people however the employees are consistently running late. I’m currently writing this review while waiting (10:14 AM) when the store was supposed to open at 10AM, and this is not the first time this has happened.
