Facilities are secure, clean and there is ample space to maneuver the boat. The team is professional, easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. Hard to find storage of this quality for large items like Boats and RVs around Austin with great proximity to downtown and the lake(s). Will 100% use King Storage again when we bring our boat back and for other storage needs. Highly recommend.”

“We rented furniture from CORT, and they exceeded our expectations! The furniture delivery representatives, Felix and Yannic (I didn't catch the spelling), were wonderful. We loved our furniture, which included full living room, dining, and bedroom sets with all matching furniture. All of the pieces were in great condition and looked lightly used, as we expected.The couch was surprisingly so comfortable, and the furniture looked really nice. I would absolutely rent furniture from CORT again.”

“Made a delivery at 7 am, and was well received, only 2 docks, but make sure you come in on Gunter street, straight shot into delivery entrance. You can sleep in front of warehouse but it’s a residential area. Fast unload like 30 minutes or less.”

“Like all Costco things, the prices are excellent. The service is pretty good, but not as excellent as other parts of Costco. I knocked down one star just because the lines are long and they don’t seem to make any effort to move people through quickly, so if you go during a busy time, you could be in line for 45 minutes. For the non-prescription vitamins and supplements they carry, this is not an issue.”
“UPDATE (5/28/24) RESOLVEDUPDATE (5/13/24). Still no communication from Alvie's. I have emailed 7 times and called 6 times, about once a week. I returned the boots at my expense and have not been reimbursed. I have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I have purchased a pair of boots. I really like them, but they are too small. I have been trying to return them for 3 weeks and haven't gotten a follow up via phone or email. Hope to update with a positive review when this is resolved.”

“I know that tons of people love Costco, but I don't know why they are so enthralled with it. Maybe it's because they have a bigger family, but as a solo person, the bulk-size packages of food are just not practical for me. The parking lot and check-out lines are crazy busy. I do like the snack bar's chicken Cesar salad that has lots of delicious chicken in it. I did buy a garbage disposal to replace my broken one, which seemed to be a good price. I prefer Sam's Club with their Scan-and-Go checkout procedure and faster exit lanes”
