“JC Pennys at Victory Lakes is impressive. Its better stocked with everything than Baybrook. Ill definitely be returning. Also Sales staff was everywhere. They actually greeted me as i passed them by.”

“I called to check if they had a bag in stock that my girlfriend wanted and the lady that answered the phone, I think her name was Micah? She was very sweet, tone was super enthusiastic, very helpful as well. They ended up having THREE of the bags I was looking for, I called about fifteen other stores and none of them had a single one. So they carry some good finds on top of the pleasant experience I had with Micah. Will definitely come back here for more deals in the future!”

“I was in a rush and stopped in yesterday to find some baked goods for a party. The young lady Desiree was very helpful and found exactly what I needed she is attentive and has a great smile! I was searching for party plates as well, the employee by the makeup department looked clueless when I asked where the plates are located and she was not able to help. I stopped by the Starbucks area on my way out and was presented with samples that were delicious I stepped out of my comfort zone with my usual drink and got a grande size of the refresher.”
“Ross is my happy place! Always a treasure hunt, great deals to be had! Lots of things on clearance, big savings! Some times finding something you've heard of and wanted to try, or just finding things by wandering around.”

It’s got all we would need without having to run to Walmart or even order off of Amazon. It’s close to home and we know where everything is. It is stocked with great varieties of food and great employees. The prices as a member are tremendous as it helps us save so much each week. Favorite: the coupons they mail to you on the things you buy!”

“I had a bit of a mixed experience that ended on a high note. The associate at checkout seemed pretty dismissive —she was the only one ringing people up and didn't acknowledge me when I said hello or asked how she was doing. Because of that interaction, I felt unsure if my transaction was handled correctly and thought I’d missed an item. However, I called and the manager was incredible. She took the time to check the security cameras to reassure me that I did leave with everything. I really appreciate her stepping up!”
“They have a section up front for grab and go items, drinks snacks, it's a lot better than trying to get a drink out of the cooler where everyone is checking out. The carts a very nice.”

“Ok...change is really hard... This Walmart is in the middle of a CHANGE...A complete overhaul, everything is in moved around and unfamiliar. I was so frustrated when I was looking for certain items that were no longer in the same area :( BUT let me say EVERY EMPLOYEE that I had an encounter with was helpful and positive. “Moderately bussing store. Great selection, workers are questionable. A lot of the staff are very helpful and friendly, and will go out of their way to help you! However, a small portion of the staff are unhelpful, rude, or unprofessional. The store is moderately clean, most of the time there are no messes. I appreciate the recent remodel, although it seems as if the brand new thinks are already breaking. There is an entirely shattered display shelf, which is quite interesting. In the produce, the bag holders didn't have that little hook to break the bag seal, nor were they in confident spots. The store is moderately ghetto, not a lot though. Store has great potential, Walmart is a great company. I love how they stock the rubbing alcohol in the pharmacy section, good job! This store is very nice, it can be bougie. Goodbye”

“As I prepare to leave Galveston, for Htown (Baby Apple; please people) I 've become reacquainted with the commercial entities on the mainland. might I say that this Walmart has more of a selection of Wrangler, and Lee Jeans than the Galveston Walmart (bought five pair). The store is cleaner, less chaotic, and generally friendlier. Now, I understand that Galveston has to deal with the beach tourists that treat Galveston in general like a convenience store bathroom, so I'll give it a mulligan. But, I was impressed by the assortment of products and available number as opposed to Galveston's. Galveston could use one of those exclusively grocery Walmarts, but it isn't going to happen. Get another catastrophic hurricane (and its getting near time) and you'd be hard pressed for any corporations to come there, let alone a secondary store.”
