“I have several items that I purchased from this store. When there something I bought stops working . I go In explain the situation and each time the assistant manager charlotte has stepped up and took care of the concern. You don't find that much anymore. I live in Hitchcock Texas so I have to drive past the tractor supply there because the manager would not exchange a bug zapper because it was seasonal. I had only had it for 2 months on top of taking the extended warranty. Thank you again charlotte for understanding customer service. I will drive to your store from now own. Your much appreciated. I hope your supervisor gives you a raise because you deserve it.”

“My first visit to this location. It was a very busy store but fully stocked. The Jewelry department had beautiful pieces and Analisa was a great help! She was kind and professional . I then started looking through the clothes and while shopping I was approached by Carolina she saw my hands were full and offered to go get me a cart. She brought it to me with a smile.Every employee I came across was smiling and polite. “Love this marshalls but i can’t believe this happened. This worker in the front took of the tag which my mother got from the CLEARANCE section. It was sweatpants that had the RED tag on with the price reduced . She refused to sell it or said we had to pay the full price even though we literally got it from the clearance section & also had a red tag. But she kept refusing, it’s not right that she is taking of clearance prices & charging them as the full price & being unprofessional about it! Please do better!”

“They reorganized recently so it’s less like Marshall’s or Ross and that’s great. The only issue is that their nice clothing is VERY limited. If I do find something nice it typically has obvious and irreparable damage like really bad snags or pulls. It’s much better for men’s clothes and shoes. Women’s clothes here are almost always a bust for me with the exception of a few diamonds in the rough. I am specifically looking for work/business casual and cocktail type attire so I can’t speak to the athletic or athleisure wear.”

“I want to say I was starting to get disappointed because I had called to ask for a dress in Women's formals. Nobody would answer me I started with customer service and was transferred it was 3:30pm. Women's perfumes answered and transferred me to a line that didn't work. I was on the line fothe phone was ringing ringing and ringing. Finally at 7:35pm I was sent to Jewelry, the young man Yahir answered he didn't know the extention number to where I needed to be transferred. But he said ma'am I will look up your item and if it's available I will take the phone directly to the department because I don't know the extention number. He helped me and went to the department got the dresses I needed and he put them on hold for me. I'm going to pick up all the way from waller tx after being on the phone for 5 hrs I'm happy there are still noble people in the department stores. Now I'm ready for a wedding on Sat he has really saved me thank you Yahir for the help and keep doing an amazing job!! People like you deserve nothing but the best for going above and beyond and not only staying in your department to help customers!!”

“The store and even the strip mall itself have seen better days--Lack of merchandise, shelves barely stocked, and yet STILL managed to feel cramped and short of space. That's quite the feat.The one saving grace was the staff, who seem to genuinely care and try to assist their customers. One associate (wish I had gotten her name) went out of her way to help me locate a particular item. The cashier (she wrote her name on the receipt and I can't read it) was friendly and professional, and was calm when the computer wouldn't accept my coupon and I was momentarily panicky.So, kudos to the employees (at least the two I dealt with), but there needs to be improvement (much, much, improvement) on product availability and presentation.”

“This is a great Kroger Marketplace. Store is very well arranged.Love the deli and the great variety of cheeses. Also have a great bakery, and ready to serve dinner Meal selections. Not to mention a Starbucks. I hope they never go total self-check. I liked it better when the checker unloaded your cart as they were checking you out. Takes a little bit longer now.But the checkers are generally knowledgeable and friendly. And I have purchased a live Christmas tree from there last 4 years-- for my office. “An employee had an issue with me checking out in the self checkout line, we were already at a register and she told us to go to the employee run register. I said we were ok and she said “well it’s 10 items or less” with a snotty attitude. I was upset with Target I was ready to leave on the spot. However, the lady Apple at the register was so nice and patient with me, I instead decided to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Ginny and Vickie (I believe was her name) and they were honestly the nicest people. Ginny, Vickie, and Apple are the reasons I love target. Their customer service was unmatched. I was so incredibly angry over 14 items being an issue (which I hadn’t counted until after, I thought it was 10) and was completely turned around by the care and patience of the management team. I am very impressed with Ginny and how she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the kind ladies at this location for making my night better and treating me with compassion.”
