“After years of what felt like constant issues dealing with the big chain pharmacies, I was fortunate enough to have Professional Building Pharmacy recommended to me by a doctor. That was 10 years ago and I’ve been with them since.With PBP I’ve never had to worry about them dropping the ball. I can’t think of a single instance in the last 10 years where I’ve had a prescription delayed due to anything that was under their control. Just an incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and judgement free staff. Sure there have been times I wish they had longer hours on weekends, but I’ll happily deal with that for the outstanding service and peace of mind they provide.”

We all wait in long lines and pump gas how we are supposed to then these selfish people just cut you off and pull in the wrong way like it's not clear we are all waiting in line in one direction so I wish they would make the employees enforce the one direction more but other then that cheap gas nice pumps”

“This is a great Kroger Marketplace. Store is very well arranged.Love the deli and the great variety of cheeses. Also have a great bakery, and ready to serve dinner Meal selections. Not to mention a Starbucks. I hope they never go total self-check. I liked it better when the checker unloaded your cart as they were checking you out. Takes a little bit longer now.But the checkers are generally knowledgeable and friendly. And I have purchased a live Christmas tree from there last 4 years-- for my office. “Amazing pharmacists. A different location would not fill my seizure medication that I've been taking for over 12 years, even though I had prescription refills due, AND my doctor personally called the pharmacy/pharmacist and told them my situation and verified everything and told the pharmacist that it could be fatal if I didn't get the medication I needed. And that pharmacist had been filling my prescription for nearly 4 years every month. She just decided once day that she wasn't going to do it. So the pharmacist went against what my doctor was telling her, which long story short, put me in the Emergency Room on 4 separate occasions. Now I have medical bills I can't pay and am building a case with my attorney against the pharmacist for KNOWINGLY putting my life in danger, and going AMA (Against Medical Advice) by refusing to refill my prescription. (This was at the Fairmont location) THIS pharmacy/pharmacist on the other hand, really listened to me when I went in to talk to them, and actually seemed to care about my well being. I had no problems getting my prescription filled here. It was very quick, and I really want to thank the 2 pharmacists at this location for helping me in a dire situation. I didn't know what else to do and they contacted my doctor and that was that, they did everything that needed to be done in order for my medication to be released to me. I'm sorry I don't remember there names, but seriously, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. You made a seemingly hopeless situation turn into "hey everything's going to be okay, we got your back" situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will continue to use this pharmacy for everything in the foreseeable future.”

“I wrote a review of this pharmacy a while back because they had done such a great job for me and I was switching all of my prescriptions over to them. Due to a change in employment I was dealing with another insurance company and these folks were really helpful and getting everything taken care of with my doctors and insurance company. I was there today to get several more prescriptions lined up and the three shots that I was due for. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and very caring and suggested that I space these out so that I didn’t have any possible reactions. I felt really very cared for and I just want to recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Everyone of the staff did everything they could to help out and remembered things that made me feel like an important customer. I also witnessed how well they treated others.”

“5 stars because they have orange cauliflower here. (Things I didn't know even existed) So here's the thing. . . Y'all are spoiled if you think this is a 3 star grocery store. Also, they have Krogers in Texas?! Originally from Michigan, now living in New York, I had no idea this chain of supermarket-dome spread this far out. Completely random. Came here a few times with my niece to pick up random things. It's huge and spacious. I'm not used to such large supermarkets with so many options and deals. They have a fine produce selection. Also, a fairly decent beer and wine selection. The only confusing thing, they had individual bottles of beer on the shelves and completely missed the 'build your own 6 pack things'. But apparently you can't just buy say 2 beers, you have to go for the whole she-bang. Which isn't bad because I had 6 beers I've never tried before for only $9.99. Thanks, Kroger!”
