“I went with my friend to get her phone fixed, and they were super nice. She shattered her iPhone 8 screen and we had exactly 100 on cash, in taxes it was 108, but they said if we gave them a review they would cover it. They fixed the screen perfectly and in like 30 minutes, they also gave her a screen protector if we gave them a review. 10/10 would go again”

“Stellar job by Tristan!I had an odd request to replace all mechanical parts for my old faithful phone that had a cracked screen and worn out charging port.I just didn't want to replace it with completely new one and have the pain-in-you-know-where to do it.They ordered a new old phone and transferred my "motherboard" from the old one to new chassis so to speak, maintaining all my data, apps and settings unchanged.Couldn't be happier camper right now, so yep, fully recommend this place. 5 Dallas Stars :)”
“I had a wonderful experience, I went to the watagua store and I felt like my money was no good, I left disappointed , i immediately called this store Enrique answered, assured me that I would get attended to immediately, from the moment I got here Enrique apologized for a store he is not even associated with , I was able to pay off my other phone and get a 15 pro max.Enrique made feel special. “Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. What’s more important is to highlight how much value he brought to a customer and back to AT&T by upselling me. Thanks again, Karl, for an outstanding customer experience. “Amazing experience, I dreaded entering because my acct had issues and i had been avoiding dealing with it because the 4 previous online customer service people had not secured it and it kept getting accessed. However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast. “I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The guy gave me an estimate for the generic brand screen or the apple brand. It's $150 less. He Let me know generic wouldn't calibrate and I might get a pop up message. Anyways. It's an older phone so we replaced it with the lesser cost screen. I'm very happy with the result so far. No error message pop ups. Also the estimate was up to 2 hrs for repair It was complete in 30 minutes. This business cannot be seen from the street. It sits in the plaza near cooks next to Cristina's.”

“My fiancé and I went into this location to just look into upgrading my phone. The store was clean and the staff very friendly. Eagle helped us , she was beyond amazing, not pushy, helped with all our questions. We actually made a second trip back to also upgrade my watch, and add him to my plan then upgraded his phone and watch. This has been the best experience with an ATT store, and I’ve been with them for 11 years. We will definitely be back to this location in the future.”

“This mall was pretty good and has a Meow Wolf inside. The mall is basically set up as a loop and we did not find any areas to cut through from one end to the other. There are a lot of interesting stores like a few Asian and anime ones, a Texas store, and an FYE (I don't think I've seen one for twenty years). I did not care for the food court options, but there are tons of places to eat on the perimeter of the parking lot.”
