“This Dollar General is the most organized I have EVER been to. Not only that, but every time I have ever stopped by, the atmosphere is so positive. I walk out of the store feeling good, which is odd because it's just a Dollar General. Seriously, I don't get this at Target or Wal-Mart, or any store for that matter. That's really what prompted me to leave this review. Not to mention this store is located in a low income neighborhood area. It's a blessing for the surrounding community to have a store like this around the corner. Normally store owners feel like if the neighborhood is low income, they deserve unorganized shelves, dirty floors, no smiles, etc. Not this one. Every employee here is also very kind and great taste in music. Each time I have visited, I'm hearing a blast from the past and I feel like I'm a 15 year old in high school again. Anyway, I'm going to start planning my Dollar Store trips so this store is the one I stop at instead of the one by my house. Kudos to whoever is running this store.”
“Thank you to Jamal, the manager, he took the time to get MIRACLE Grow in the back for my perennial indoor plants. The plants that we have help oxygenate the air removing toxins that noticeably bring relaxation at night. Mother in laws tongue and English Ivy.”
“In my humble opinion the Krazy Dollar is absolutely the best store of its kind. Most things are a $1.99 and they always seem to have what I'm looking. Was able complete my Christmas shopping without breaking the bank. Store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. For a store of this kind, it is second to none.”
“There are new changes coming soon! As of 1/25/20, there is NO LONGER A CLOTHES DEPT!!To make up for it, which I did not really mind because it was always a mess, the store will now have a bigger card section and balloons. So it seems like it... we will have to wait for the finished product ?”
“Im there regularly and it's my go to FD! My visits always go smoothly and the 2 black gentleman are always so helpful and accommodating to me. If I need help taking an item to my car they help with a smile on their face! Well all the employees are wonderful to me and have great customer service which is very rare these days! “Most Dollar General stores I’ve been to in the area have been very disorganized and dirty. This specific location is clean and well stocked with excellent customer service. The manager for this store has raised the standard for what I come to expect. I hope this spreads to the other Dollar generals.”
“Most Dollar Generals are messy with rude service. Not this one. The male employee is friendly and happy to help. The manager is great too. She cares about her customers. I have a DG by my house (Garth and Decker), but I drive farther to come to this one because that one is trash. Thanks guys for making my shopping experience pleasurable instead of stressful.”

“Love the manager there. Had a discount sale today. And I got checked out and lots of my stuff didn't get the discount. I didnt notice until I was home so I went back and she took care of everything with a beautiful smile and great attitude. Her store looks great and she's always so friendly and in a great mood. “I often come here when I need snacks or, when I need to buy some groceries to make it to payday. Usually well stocked and organized. The staff are usually very polite and friendly.”
“While I personally hate "dollar stores" due to their misleading name and front of being a discount store, this location has been clutch many times for random things. I have gone here late in the evening to pick up children's chewable Motrin and Tylenol when my kids were sick as well as shampoo and conditioner when we ran out. With this location being open until 10pm, it has been an object of convenience many times. I am willing to pay up to 25% more for items if it means a quick trip here vs. a much longer drive to HEB or Walmart. The staff here are generally polite and helpful. The selection of necessities is very good, but sometimes it is fun to wander around looking for things I didn't know I "needed". Don't expect a bargain, basically ever, however their sales are very good if you time things right and look for coupons (which I don't). I would definitely miss this store if it were to close like the other one that was close by.”

“I've been to both the Crosby location and now Baytown. I must say customer service wise and all around - Baytown takes the cake. My girl, Ms. Brooke was the best ever! She is an absolute gem! Never dropped her smile and was willing to go on a search and rescue mission for items we were looking for. Also, we didn't catch the young man's name who was also on the floor (he was building a doll house) but he spoke Spanish to my husband and was so courteous as well. If you are needing a deal go talk to Brooke or that young man, and you won't regret it. Def will drive to go see them again over their other location. Just felt way better merchandise wise and def customer service wise.”
