“I would like to make it very clear that the 5 stars is for George, NOT T-Mobile. It has been a 10+ hours process getting a new plan and new phones, and we have been customers for 20+ years since the Sprint days. T-Mobile's customer care is horrible. George's customer care is 10/10. George was with us through at least 10 of those hours; we pretty much feel like family at this point. We had a fairly complicated situation and he worked with us to figure it out, staying hours past the end of his shift, even though we did not benefit him with sales. I really cannot say more other than he is the only person who has actually helped us and genuinely feel like has taken care of us as customers. THANK YOU GEORGE.”
