“I was very happy with the car but the thing I liked to most is that when I picked up the car they gave me a card with a phone number if I had any issue but the part I liked the most is it also had the address to wear to bring the car back. That is very helpful this should be a standard for all of your locations.”
“Easy in and out from the terminals after a short wait for the shuttle. Relatively short wait in line to be served and then into a car and away within 10 minutes of that (and a walk outside). Returns were similarly simple and stress free. Overall staff were very efficient, which is appreciated.”

“I rented a car at this location for an extended period of time while my vehicle was in the shop and it was such a great experience thanks to Kamper! He is truly a gem of an employee and it is hard to find those these days. He is so pleasant and kind and helpful. Even when he is the only employee working the desk and there are a lot of people in the lobby, he is quick while still being personable to everyone. He has great time management and is able to prioritize well and make sure everyone is taking care of in a timely manner. He really does need a raise!! He is great!”
“Trish and Sage literally saved our vacation. The Colony location called me 2 days before my trip and said they didn’t have any available cars- even though I reserved one way in advance. They also didn’t offer any solutions.
I contacted Grapevine Main St. location and they were able to put me in the vehicle I had originally reserved within a day’s notice. I will only reserve at this location from now on.”

“Shuttles were slower than usual but it was raining and supposedly there was an accident in the route. We left extra time today so not a big deal, but they usually do better.”
“Got good selction of cars at Hertz. The location was easy to access with shuttles. Just when returned the car, they charged me for 2 gallon fuel when I filled in full just couple of miles before and I was still there and asked the guy who added this charge but he gave some stupid reason and would not listen to us but a employee at desk heard us and removed that charge. So all good in end but unnecessary hassle.”

“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”
