“Rukus is extremely professional, courteous, and literally has everything you could possibly need in stock. I thought the days were long gone when people would call you by name when you came into their business, I still know that there's some places and people that do that and Rukus. is one of them. They also has great prices on some of the stuff I've seen that it's even cheaper than Walmart, some of the candy and ice cream even the sodas and some dairy products are cheaper than Walmart. And don't forget about the lottery tickets I've won more from the scratch offs from Bedford mini Mart than any other place and I buy them from 7-Eleven and all kinds of other places and I've won the most at Bedford mini Mart. If it was possible to give more stars I would, and I don't give these stars away liberally.”

“This 7-Eleven is one of the best I’ve been to! The staff is always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful the moment you walk in. You can tell they really care about their customers, which makes a big difference. The store itself is always spotless and well-organized, which I really appreciate compared to other convenience stores. They also have great deals and promotions that make grabbing snacks, drinks, or even a quick meal affordable. It’s my go-to stop anytime I need something on the go. Highly recommend this location!”

“Without disputing the other reviews, I typically get fresh and hard to find items so there's not much of a chance for a surprise. They are indispensable for impossible to find Salvadorean items, like pito flowers (they had them frozen). I like being able to practice my Spanish there- you have to think ahead, know what you're doing and listen, because no quarter will be given. So, yeah, the service is more than a bit brusque, but if you don't cause problems they're nice-neutral. Prices are a bit pricey on items you can get elsewhere ($5 for a pound of Salvadorean red beans, $3 at Kroger). Bottom line, I'm glad they're here. They're a great resource when you want to make cocina centroamericana!”

“I placed an online pick up order for over-the-counter and for prescriptions paid online. Waited a long time for pick up because I fell asleep when I opened my eyes and discovered that my pick up order was ready around midnight. I went to pick up the prescriptions and the over-the-counter since I already paid in advance only to discover later in the day that I was double charged for my prescriptions when it was time for me to tide to my church. I checked my account to see why I was missing money, and I was able to pinpoint how that occurred called the store. Couple of transfers back-and-forth appeared in person and thankfully was able to get a resolution from the time I called until the money was refunded back onto my card in ONE HOUR!!!! Never in my life have I received a refund so fast in order for me to complete the initial mission of tithing to my church!!! That’s all I wanted to do this morning. I was able to do so thanks to the staff that was there nine hours later (10:12 a.m. CST this morning as shown on my receipt) from my initial pick up. Thank God for keeping email receipts. Sometimes depending on staff, it could be a hit or miss, but they did not miss today. Grateful.”
