“Shout out to Manuel who prepared my Croissant lunch sandwich today, 10 mins ago! By far the best I've had, made to order and perfect. The presentation was great as well. The bacon just hanging over the Croissant, the Roast Beef over the lettuce and tomatoes, and the mayonnaise. And to David who was at the register and just answered my call in less than 2 rings. Great job guys! Thank you QT for lunch with less than 600 calories!”

“Very friendly staff and care about their customers. If you're a regular most employees will start to know you by name and even what you want without telling them. I like that about a business personally”

“I LOVE this 7/11, all the guys are seriously amazing and the customer service is always above and beyond. They keep it very well stocked, and clean, and even when there is a long line they are fast and efficient. I have gone here pretty much every day for years now, and never once had a bad experience.”

“This place deserves 5 stars. I have been a long term customer there. Over a decade, in fact. I have long enjoyed my countless transactions there, until recently. I have built relationships with cashiers and management, over time. Kushal is the man. Elvis is legendary. They have always been kind to me and my daughter. In fact, my daughter often asks to go there just to say, 'Hi', to Elvis. However, there is a person there that threatens to ruin their friendly reputation, and my future patronage. His name is 'Kim'. He has a bad energy and is openly hostile. Terrible customer service. If you don't want to work there....then quit. I swear, I will not do any business there while he is at the counter. I will take my business across the street, where I am treated as a valued customer. It is only out of my profound respect for Kushal and Elvis that I deduct a star from this business. But, to be clear, 'Kim' gets zero stars and he jeopardizes the business. I will walk out every time he is at the counter. After that happens 5 times, (Today was the first) I will no longer do business there again. It's truly a shame, I hope my feedback is heard before a decade long relationship is destroyed.”

“This 7-Eleven is one of the best I’ve been to! The staff is always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful the moment you walk in. You can tell they really care about their customers, which makes a big difference. The store itself is always spotless and well-organized, which I really appreciate compared to other convenience stores. They also have great deals and promotions that make grabbing snacks, drinks, or even a quick meal affordable. It’s my go-to stop anytime I need something on the go. Highly recommend this location!”

“This is the best 7-11 I have found. Nothing special about the place except the people. They are helpful and friendly, not just waiting for the shift to end. Place is kept clean and they greet you when you arrive. If 7-11 is something you do then this is definitely one to remember.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
