“This place deserves 5 stars. I have been a long term customer there. Over a decade, in fact. I have long enjoyed my countless transactions there, until recently. I have built relationships with cashiers and management, over time. Kushal is the man. Elvis is legendary. They have always been kind to me and my daughter. In fact, my daughter often asks to go there just to say, 'Hi', to Elvis.
However, there is a person there that threatens to ruin their friendly reputation, and my future patronage. His name is 'Kim'. He has a bad energy and is openly hostile. Terrible customer service. If you don't want to work there....then quit.
I swear, I will not do any business there while he is at the counter. I will take my business across the street, where I am treated as a valued customer.
It is only out of my profound respect for Kushal and Elvis that I deduct a star from this business.
But, to be clear, 'Kim' gets zero stars and he jeopardizes the business. I will walk out every time he is at the counter. After that happens 5 times, (Today was the first) I will no longer do business there again.
It's truly a shame, I hope my feedback is heard before a decade long relationship is destroyed.”

“This 7-Eleven is one of the best I’ve been to! The staff is always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful the moment you walk in. You can tell they really care about their customers, which makes a big difference. The store itself is always spotless and well-organized, which I really appreciate compared to other convenience stores. “Shout out to Manuel who prepared my Croissant lunch sandwich today, 10 mins ago! By far the best I've had, made to order and perfect. The presentation was great as well. The bacon just hanging over the Croissant, the Roast Beef over the lettuce and tomatoes, and the mayonnaise. And to David who was at the register and just answered my call in less than 2 rings. Great job guys! Thank you QT for lunch with less than 600 calories!”
