“This is my son's Neighborhood Market, I visited the first time yesterday and thought "okay, What a cute little WalMart". It was clean. The shelves were stocked. We were able to find everything on our grocery list. Self check out is available. We went to the cashier since we had no lines. She was so pleasant and cheerful. Who ever was working shopping carts, yesterday was on their job or Bedford knows how to return carts. The parking lot wasn't full of shopping carts taking up parking spaces”

“2 Wish store was cleaner, neater. friendlier. I still like to shop here for groceries on occasion due to available items I can't easily find at other stores & prices. Although, The customer service lacking ...when I came just before closing the other day. I was told they were closed by 2 employees. The hours had changed ... I explained that I needed 2 items that I couldn't get at another store near .One employee told me "there's Kroger." I found him to be unsympathetic and rude. I work in a upscale grocery store. “I lived in Bedford for almost ten years and this was my grocery store. I've since moved away but if I am in the area and need to make a stop, I will still come here. The layout is still a bit dated, but it was always clean and the people are friendly. I moved away six years ago and I still see some of the same employees giving the service that I always appreciated. Customer service is good, the produce was always good, plenty of parking, and I have never been in when they didn't have checkers working. Yes they have self checkout, but there are always employees available.”

“The reviews, oh my! I'll admit, it has been a long time since I've actually shopped in a store. After COVID, I adopted a fondness for grocery delivery and Amazon.com. I will sometimes stop to pick up my groceries, or run into Kroger to get a quick pickup. Also, Kroger has a Starbucks, that's always a plus for me.When I do pick up my groceries or have them delivered, I don't really have any issues. The few times I did, I contacted Walmart online and they, without question, corrected the issue and gave a credit for the inconvenience. Side note: When ordering for pickup, it will state when their busy hours are. I've noticed some people expect to drive up and, BAM, their order is ready. It doesn't work like that, have a bit of grace and be patient. If you're not the patient and understanding type, the pickup service may not be your forte.”
