“This pharmacy is better than most by far the most friendly and responsive to their docs and their patients. They have some trouble with phones but that’s because they’re so good they’re super busy most of the time so be patient with them and they’ll do you right!”

“We love this Walmart. It's always clean and well stocked, BUT CLEAN YOUR MILK!! Every time we go to get milk they're covered in nasty stuff like maybe a gallon busted and it just didn't get wiped off. It's gross, but other than that the store is perfect!”

“I’ve been coming to the store since I was eight years old and it’s only gotten better. I do miss when they used to put out a batch of cookies near the bakery for a “free sample “! I’m one of the busiest realtors in Bedford and driving from House to House can get tiring. You can literally stop at this grocery store for lunch and a bathroom break. They have great facilities. Easy parking, nice people in the store is clean and safe.”
“The reviews, oh my! I'll admit, it has been a long time since I've actually shopped in a store. After COVID, I adopted a fondness for grocery delivery and Amazon.com. I will sometimes stop to pick up my groceries, or run into Kroger to get a quick pickup. Also, Kroger has a Starbucks, that's always a plus for me.When I do pick up my groceries or have them delivered, I don't really have any issues. The few times I did, I contacted Walmart online and they, without question, corrected the issue and gave a credit for the inconvenience. Side note: When ordering for pickup, it will state when their busy hours are. I've noticed some people expect to drive up and, BAM, their order is ready. It doesn't work like that, have a bit of grace and be patient. If you're not the patient and understanding type, the pickup service may not be your forte.”

“This is a solid Kroger, not a Marketplace, but not your average neighborhood store. Their fresh/live sushi is really good, and a good value. For those on a restricted diet, they are the only place I've ever seen that have large, burrito sized tortillas with only 25 mg of Sodium. Most have 10x that. I used to have problems with the management's attitude every time I went there, but that has turned around and it's quite nice now.
There's one problem with all Krogers though. They have an outright scam going where they put an item on sale, post the sale tag...and then don't remove it for a week after it has expired. You think you're getting a bargain, but at check-out you pay full price. Which most won't notice in real time. Most don't check the receipt at home. Most never know. At first I thought it was just human error, but now that I look for it, it is obvious that it is intentional. They play the ignorance card well, and when it is pointed out, will happily give you the sale price, as required by law. But the expiration date is printed so small that if the item is on the lower shelf- and note how often that is where the sale item is- you actually would have to get down on the floor with a magnifying glass. After I got wise to it I'd just pull the tag off and read it and take it to the manager when it was expired. I knew which ones to grab because I shopped with my Kroger app as I went through the store and it would correctly show that the item was not on sale. So, I'd grab the tag, and sure enough, it was expired. But it was worth the effort as I got the sale price on everything that really was on sale, PLUS the expired sale items that they had left the tag on. But when I find something like that, I have to wonder what else they're doing, out of sight. What goes on behind the doors of the meat/seafood area?”
“Much more professional than the Walmart auto care center by my house. I walked into this location after work for a new battery yesterday. I have never bought a battery for my car before, much less I didn’t even know what kind of car I had exactly. Jay walked to my car and checked what kind of battery I had without any complaints. The price of the battery was less expensive than I was anticipating, and Jay and Luis installed my new battery without complaints or issues. There was no wait time. I spent about 30 minutes total at the auto care center between purchasing the battery and installation before I was sent on my way. My car is working much better now with my new battery. Thank you.”
