“Absolutely the best pet store around. They have anything you can imagine for your pets. I had a dog that was having stomach issues and they suggested that I start giving her some raw goats of milk. Since she was a puppy now into her adulthood she absolutely loves it and she has never had stomach problems since. I also have two cats and one of them was sickly with their stomach. I switched them to farmina brand and life is so much better since I did that. And that was a suggestion I just recently got. The people are more than helpful. They go above and beyond to hear you make suggestions highly knowledgeable. Not to mention you can do all of the things that other delivery services from bigger box stores do but you can't get the type of service that you get from Hollywood Feed.”

“I see a lot of people have expressed their displeasure with this store, but I can only speak to my experience. I was looking for a chair leg pad that I had tried to get at Jabo's, (which surprisingly they didn't have) , so they referred me to McDonnell's. I showed them what I was looking for and they took me right to the spot to find it. I know I wouldn't be able to find this part at a Home Depot or Lowes. McDonnell's may be my new go to for hardware. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful.”

“My 2 fur boys and I love the pet supplies plus. I always take my boys to get wash there. Crew who works there are so friendly and they were making sure I'm getting enough help. They were also friendly to my boys. I love going there and take my boys to wash. You will save so much money and I believe it's better for the dog owner to wash their own dogs instead of having a stranger to groom your dog. You don't know what's behind the scene! I get to spend good quality time with my boys and they were happy to be cleaned and they are super fresh and they were play play play afterwards ,that makes me happy. I Support 100% local business. I love this self dog wash area they keep this place is so nice and clean. That makes me want to keep this place clean for after customer to use. I thank you so much for all these people that works here and keeping up the business. does.com chewy or Sam's Club or Walmart they can't do this kind of service. I used to wash my boys in my house one of the sink. They make so much mess ,and if you were going to take the boys to the groomers that's gonna cost so much money. If you do it yourself and you know what kind of shampoo you can use and spend a quality time on taking care of your fur babies . They have a value punch card for 5 dog wash. I will recommend that if you have more than one pet to wash. My dogs and I love to go there. It is becoming our customs after wash I get my fur babies some treats.”

“I adore dog bakeries, and this one is definitely a great one. My daughter and I had come in to pick up a couple of bakery items for her pup's first birthday, and we were very impressed with all the creative dog treats available. There are two glass cases with the cutest baked dog treats, a variety of dog toys and plushies, and high quality merchandise. The store is clean and well organized, and the service is friendly. It also smells rather delicious with all the baked items, even though it is all for the fur-babies!”

“I don't mind if you make a mistake as a business as long as you make it right and this company did!!! In a very big way!! My 6 year old had a flock of chickens as pets that were killed recently by a dog. She was devastated and I have been very troubled in trying to track down some replacements. I was told by the Granbury location to be at their location at 8am or I would miss the opportunity to get any baby chicks. I took time off from work and showed up in the pouring rain to be there 10 minutes early so as not to miss the opportunity. To my surprise no chicks! Cathy did apologize to me and said they normally don't do this but I would be put on a list and the first call when they come in the next day. Next day came and no call. So next morning I reached out again and to my surprise I was told all the chicks had sold. They apologized again and agreed they had dropped the ball but I would have to wait another week for a new shipment : ( I decided to start calling every Russel's location and drive any distance for my daughter. My 1st call was the Weatherford location, Rock answered and I explained the situation. He offered to call and find me the chicks! I couldn't believe it and in just a few minutes I was contacted by corporate who had located some in Haltom City. Jessica and Cassandra from that location allowed me to pick the breeds and drove them to Granbury so I could pick them up closer to home. I’m so impressed with how these locations all came together to take care of me and make things right for my daughter. They have won my business for life!!!”

“Love this place!!! My dog HATES bath-time, but if he has to take one, this is where he prefers. The self wash areas are stocked with everything you need and the tubs are separated by a half wall which is great for anxious pups. The staff is also super friendly and helpful and my pooch loves that he always gets some pets and a treat on our way out!!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!”
