They have a progressive, ethical approach that takes the dog’s comfort level into mind and are working with me to help my dog become more comfortable at the clinic. “Loved that my boy was so well taken care of! This is one of the few places that you can board your pet cat while you're out of town. I absolutely loved the smooth drop off and pick up process. We got the luxury suite for our boy and he was so happy every time they took him out for cuddles and exploring. We just picked him up today and he was so sweet and happy on the way home. “Our 11yr old Border Collies suddenly developed allergies. Shopping w/my low vision impairment is very problematic. I called ahead of our visit. Staff was so kind, professional, patient, &answered my many questions. Upon arrival to the store, they recalled our conversation and helped choose an appropriate food. The return policy is great too. They genuinely like their work and care about animals. On the way out, they also brought to our attn a few bulletins from a foster, about 2 younger Border Collies needing homes. We have lived in the area many yrs, and Colleyville's Hollywood Feed now has a new loyal customer!”

She brightens my day whenever I come in and always makes sure I get my questions answered as well as share stories about our dogs :) She is a great employee!!”
“Clean, neat, friendly staff. Stopped in with my dog for a break on a road trip. Smaller than some pet stores I've seen but still had plenty of inventory. Grooming service looks nice and clean and the staff grooming two dogs while we were there seemed gentle and good with the dogs.”

“Great place to wash your pup and buy food and supplies. I take Stella every so often and use the self-wash area. It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.”

“First time visit at petco. Crystal and Dr. Biden our were excellent and informative. They were attentive to my cat and the service was great. The one thing I did not like was that they suggested an x-ray, which I would have liked to get done if it didn't cost $500 just for the x-ray. This price is absolutely ludicrous. I would expect that from an emergency vet but not a regular one. This price is not feasible for clients looking for pet care, and beyond what I am willing to pay. So the service here is great, I like that I got a coupon for a free exam, but the prices are high here and I will not be returning due to this. I want to emphasize again the service and people were great but the prices are not affordable.”

“I don't mind if you make a mistake as a business as long as you make it right and this company did!!! In a very big way!! My 6 year old had a flock of chickens as pets that were killed recently by a dog. She was devastated and I have been very troubled in trying to track down some replacements. I was told by the Granbury location to be at their location at 8am or I would miss the opportunity to get any baby chicks. I took time off from work and showed up in the pouring rain to be there 10 minutes early so as not to miss the opportunity. To my surprise no chicks! Cathy did apologize to me and said they normally don't do this but I would be put on a list and the first call when they come in the next day. Next day came and no call. So next morning I reached out again and to my surprise I was told all the chicks had sold. They apologized again and agreed they had dropped the ball but I would have to wait another week for a new shipment : ( I decided to start calling every Russel's location and drive any distance for my daughter. My 1st call was the Weatherford location, Rock answered and I explained the situation. He offered to call and find me the chicks! I couldn't believe it and in just a few minutes I was contacted by corporate who had located some in Haltom City. Jessica and Cassandra from that location allowed me to pick the breeds and drove them to Granbury so I could pick them up closer to home. I’m so impressed with how these locations all came together to take care of me and make things right for my daughter. They have won my business for life!!!”

“I love Pam! She is very patient and kind to all animals as well as their owners. I don't mind that it might take her awhile to call me back. She owns the business, she can set her own hours. She took care of my little poodle years ago and now she takes care of my golden retriever mix. She is very thorough and he always looks so good when she finishes with him.
