“Connor was very very helpful! Both of my break lights were out and I had just gotten pulled over so I was very flustered! Connor was very patient with me as well as understanding. He too then time to check the break light fuse and break light bulbs to determine what the issue was. He then replaced the break light bulbs for me and was very very kind! This is how you do customer service! I will be back!”
“Someone hit and ran causing damage to our SUV in a parking lot here in town. I made an insurance claim and selected Whitaker’s for the repairs based on the positive online reviews. They didn’t disappoint. Jose and the team there in Lakeway did a fantastic job dealing with the insurance company and repairing our vehicle in reasonable time. As usual the insurance company kept pushing back in an attempt to save money using non OEM parts etc. Jose did a fantastic job of staying on them and successfully procured all OEM parts for the repairs, all the way down to the proper badging replacements on the liftgate.
Hopefully we have many years before having to deal with this again, but when that time comes, I’ll be calling Whitaker’s again. Thank you team!”

“After my initial review of Caliber Collision, Scott, the General Manager, personally reached out to me to address my concerns and clarify a misunderstanding involving a staff member. I really appreciated him taking the time to listen, explain the situation, and offer an apology.
Scott also went a step further by offering to take a look at the issue I am experiencing with my vehicle and provide some assistance. I was able to arrange to drop my vehicle off so they can perform a diagnostic and determine what may be causing the problem.
I appreciate the way Scott handled the situation. His willingness to communicate openly, address my concerns, and work toward a solution changed my overall impression of the experience.
Being a local resident and having a Caliber Collision location right down the street makes it especially reassuring to know that the management is willing to stand behind their customer service and make an effort to take care of people in the community.

They repaired my Nissan Armada after a hit and run accident and completed the work several days earlier than originally estimated. The vehicle was returned in perfect condition, and I could not be happier with the quality of the repair. I received a Daley text with a link so I had access to everything, including the Repair status and pricing on every detail. It was so reassuring!
Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. When I was unable to get there to pick up my vehicle, they went above and beyond by delivering it directly to me. Mike, the technicians, the general manager, and the wonderful women at the front desk were all truly exceptional.
