“Can’t speak highly brought about this property. My first time ever staying at an Omni and it will absolutely not be the last.
It started out with the Loyalty Ambassador, Paul reaching out personally to welcome me and ensure my visit would be exceptional in advance our visit.
When we arrived. We recieved a room upgrade and some complimentary treats in the room for my birthday.
Our dinner at Blind Salamander was EXTRAORDINARY thanks to our server Esther. She was 10/10! And the food was delicious.
We had exceptional service from Draya at the front desk due to a mishap on my behalf.
I won’t even speak about the one unpleasant staff member I encountered because everyone else was so over the top amazing. Also - the property is very kid friendly - so don’t hesitate to bring the kids along!
My wife and I will absolutely be back here and are already planning our next Omni adventure.”
“Very nice La Quinta. Great location, there are about a dozen restaurants and an HEB within walking distance. Nice rooms, good pool and friendly service. Lakeway is a beautiful town in the hills too. Good to go.”

“What a beautiful location! Near enough to Austin to be functional, it feels out of the way and so peaceful! The room is generous, comfortable, and very quiet. Although it was expensive, the perks made us feel we got more than we paid for. Gwen at the front desk was personable and professional. She answered all my questions and made me feel valued. She was a diligent, one-person concierge that started our adventure on the best foot!”

“Went here on a get away with my teen daughter before school started back. We enjoyed every second in this treehouse and the pool was very nice to. Everything about this place is different than any other place. It met all expectations and then some. Its a walk to the bathroom but I knew thst before I booked it but I must say, having to do that made staying in a real treehouse that much more real. I most definitely recommend and I hope to be back one day. We loved our time in the trees.”

“It's a nice hotel with good breakfast. It also has small swimming pool. It's close to the hospital. 🏥 The room is nice. It has big closet with iron and iron board too. The couch is comfy. You can pull out a bed underneath the couch. It has microwave and small fridge to store food. Big mirror 🪞, 📺 and table!!!
I just killed a small bug 🐛 when I pulled out a bed under the couch. 😃”

“Great stay overall, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was a nice bonus, parking was easy with plenty of lighting, and I recommend booking through the Hilton Honors app for points and perks, plus it’s worth asking about early check-in or late check-out since they may accommodate depending on availability.”

“Fantastic experience at this Holiday Inn Express! Everything from the room quality to the convenient location was exactly what we were looking for. The absolute highlight of our stay, though, was the outstanding customer service. Christan at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. “My boss booked this room as I was in town on a business trip and let me say the view from my balcony is beautiful, excited to see the sunset and sunrise… The bed is comfortable and ac works great not to mention there is a ceiling fan which is pretty nice for a hotel room! The downside is the rooms are a little dated(but at least they don’t smell stale), the ice machine doesn’t work, and the pool is green(which sucks because it is summer) but all in all for the price and a quick stay I would definitely stay here again!”
“We have had an excellent experience just watching the deers roam around and you see them through the kitchen window I woke up to you to take food from your hands it's a wonderful experience the staff is kind friendly and efficient their professionalism is top notch. This is a very very relaxful environment I must add The Shores at Lake Travis have very clean linen and brand new towels very. clean.”

“Shout out to Anna, Luna, Odessa, Joseph and Kiron for all of the smiles and for still keeping it professional. I really have no complaints about any of these folks. But, there is one person (Anna) that I know that I can count on for answers (the correct ones) and for help with any issue that might come up. She has always went above and beyond when working to resolve any issue that I have had and she has yet to let me down. That is very hard to come by these days!!”

“Although going through renovations. This location has for the most part always been good to me as a guest. Of course things happen sometimes, but when there’s a sense of respect | common ground understanding instead of constant complaining, although they have customer service jobs doesn’t mean we can speak to them however we want because of an issue we paid for (You’ll get the same respect in return).
Shoutout to Christa & Dan at the front desk in the am | overnight shifts.
Have always lead with respect | greetings and overall accommodations.
Simply communicate any concerns with respect and most of the staff will do the same in return.
And all hotels don’t even offer breakfast anymore. They don’t have to provide it, so if you don’t like it…
Go buy your own food & leave the complaints to yourself
Just remember..if you go anywhere complaining and crying like a little kid, you’ll probably be treated like one

“5 stars for Sonesta Bee Cave! 🌟 The location is great - walking distance to grocery, restaurants, shopping and movies. They offer a shuttle to the Galleria shops as well.
The check in was easy, hotel staff is friendly, beds are comfy, and free coffee in the morning. My favorite part is the pool - the perfect way to wake up or cool off. ☕ 🏊
We would definitely stay here again.”
