“I came here yesterday to fax something because 1992 called. I frequent this location out of convenience to return things to Amazon. I just wanted to say that every single person who works at this location has been kind and helpful. Yes, it is mostly a bunch of youngins but they were raised properly because there wasn’t a genz state in sight. The employees here are respectful and fun, I hope the last thing doesn’t get them in trouble. From what I can tell, these kids are excellent workers.”

Perhaps one of your rental customers receives strange or no mail, or possibly there is no relationship with your company at all. Either way, it impunes your company's no-doubt good reputation.”

“I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.”

I was having trouble dealing with one of the kiosks she is patient she's informative and very very helpful. She deserves a raise for somebody else recognizes it and scoops her up. Great employees are hard to find these days”

“My favorite errands are when I have to stop by USPS because of the kindness, high quality service, and laughs that always come out of my stops to this USPS. I am so thankful for the people who work at our local USPS - thank you for making our days better. You were there when I had to send my wedding invites, get a weirdly shaped care package to my mom, or to find a special family item that was lost in transit - you never give up and always make things easy! I consider this USPS a part of our Sunset Valley community.
The bad reviews for here literally must have gone to a different location and are confused with somewhere else (or just hate mailing things generally).
Pro tip: If you’re confused about something at the post office - Google it before you go! There are endless tips online. And then be nice to my friends behind the desk when you come please :) they can’t change rules / policies / mistakes that happen outside of our USPS!”

“I use this particular UPS store on a regular basis. I’ve always thought the employees there were super helpful and nice. But my experience with Will monday is something I have to post about. I mailed my son’s passport to him monday and it was supposed to arrive to him Tuesday. He needed it to go on his honeymoon friday. I checked the next day and there had been no movement on the package. I called the UPS store and Will said “that’s not a good sign let’s do a claim on it so they can hopefully locate it asap”. Instead of him sending me on my way to fill it out Will filled it out for me and put in the notes please find asap as it’s needed friday for a honeymoon trip. He then followed up on the package on his end and called me to follow up as well. The package was found and got to my son Thursday evening. Just in time. I think Will went above and beyond and I also think if he hadn’t done what he did the package if found would not have been there by Thursday. So nice to have such a great UPS location so close and with such conscientious employees. Thanks Will! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you did!”
