“I shattered the back glass circle covering the zoom lens on my IPhone 12 Pro Max camera...and I feared the worst!! But owner Eric verified over the phone that he did have the proper replacement piece there on hand for my specific make and model, and I kid you not, he was able to remove the broken glass and get the new piece on IN LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR! ...AND FOR ONLY $40 !! He really saved me!! I was worried I wouldn't be able to use my zoom to capture concert vids at ACL this weekend!! YOU SAVED ME IN A PINCH, ERIC! I will definitely call you first for any future cellphone screen or glass repair needs...!! :))”

In an hour they had my phone back in working order for a fair price. So happy with them. Fast, friendly, efficient!”
“Had a great experience this past weekend at the 5033-A US Hwy 290 location. This has become my “go to” store anytime I need to review my account, upgrade devices, or otherwise get support. On my most recent visit, mgr JSinclair was kind enough to assist me. And the noteworthy part that prompted this review is my request was selfishly to reduce my monthly bill. We’ve visited the store numerous times over the past 9 months with one issue after another. We have business lines and personal but every time we had a problem Joseph figured it out. (Many were operator error!) Professional, friendly, extremely knowledgable and most importantly, very patient.
