On May 22 late afternoon I visited store because my phone was barely working and I was in desperate need of a replacement. The manager there was very sympathetic to my situation and worked with me to get a great deal on a replacement phone and helped me get all my contacts and photos back. Excellent service.

I was a cricket customer for over 5 years and was given atrocious customer service at the location across the street. I went straight over to T Mobile and was given exceptional assistance from Dolce (sp?). She was able to get me out the door that day with a better phone AND a cheaper plan than cricket.
