This Shell station is right along Bellaire close to Walmart and we come here late at night when we need gas - and it usually has a better price than some of the others in this area, and it's open really late so we definitely appreciate this gas station more than most.”

“Robert and Linda helped me today and I could not be more grateful.
My Ford flip key broke. I bought a replacement key on Amazon, and while the locksmith was able to cut it, he could not program it. When he plugged his computer into my truck he said there was no voltage, probably a blown fuse. I went to O’Reilly and tested every fuse. All of them were good.
Bellaire Auto Center is right next door, so I walked over frustrated and probably showing it even though I tried not to. Everyone treated me kindly from the moment I walked in. I filled out the paperwork and waited about five minutes before a mechanic came out to take a look.
Before even checking it, he told me it could cost anywhere from twenty dollars up to a hundred depending on what he had to do. He looked at my truck for about five seconds and said, “I’m not charging you. I already know the problem.” He showed me that the locksmith had been using the wrong port.
He spent another ten to fifteen minutes with me talking about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. He was well spoken, educated, and had great customer service.
After all that time I asked him what I owed. He told me I owed nothing. He did not charge me a dime. He could have easily pretended he fixed something and charged me, and I was already prepared to pay up to a hundred dollars.
It is rare to meet honest people, especially honest mechanics. Bellaire Auto Center earned a customer for life.”
