“So I had contacted a few auto placed including autozone to see if they were able to change out my battery terminal out because it was broken. They all stated they couldn't. Aaron, at O'reilly, was super helpful and although he did not have the parts for my vehicle, instructed me where I could get the part at another O'Reilly down the block. The other O'reilly's worker stated they would not change out the terminal for me. I brought the part back and Aaron swiftly replaced my broken piece and sent me on the road safely. I really appreciate his due diligence in helping me and sending all the blessings his way and specifically to this location for their outstanding customer service.”

“I just wanna say I am now a fan of O’Reilly’s I used to only shop at auto zone for all my parts but now I’m team O’Reillys . I went to auto zone looking for brake pads and they didn’t help the part and didn’t seem like they cared so I said ok I’ll try somewhere else well I walked in to this store and immediately got greeted by everyone but the one who stuck out of me was Alfred. I came in and I have an old truck and so I thought I needed both pads for front and back well apparently I have brake shoes in the back and brake pads in the front I didn’t know that. But luckily Alfred was there to inform me of what part I needed. Broke down the difference between ceramic pads vs ordinary pads and it’s was just a great experience all together and great prices as well. I will definitely return bc of Alfred don’t know much of him but he’s a good dude to be working there”
“Went to this location for a quick battery check and the store manager told me my battery needs to be replaced. He was trying to finish up with me when an angry customer was yelling at him about needing his car checked. The store manager was trying to explain he would get to him when he was finished up with me. The customer got upset and walked out and the store manager handled the situation very well. I gave them my business and he had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I believe his name is Andy but he needs recognition!! Great customer service!”

“Rarely do they not have a part I need for my truck, scooter, or lawn mower. Granted, the scooter and lawn mower mainly just need fresh oil and spark plugs. They've always been friendly and had quick service over the last 6 years. Call first to make sure they have the part you need to avoid an errant visit.”

“Thanks to Patricia for being so helpful. Autozone said my battery was fine, they didnt want to hook it up to the big machine because they were busy, so they lied to me instead.
Patricia hooked it up to the real battery tester and it failed. Got a new battery and my car started just fine. Autozone couldve cost me so much money trying to diagnose and throw random parts at my problem.
Always get a second opinion. From Patricia if possible :)”

“Stopped here I was traveling and was from out of the area. I initially stopped at the AutoZone next door they were no help just pointed to an isle and said that all we have. So decided to stop here in hopes they’d be more helpful and I’m so glad I did! They were extremely helpful, the woman at the register took her time looking up the item I needed to get me the right one, and one of the gentleman’s even helped me put it on! So grateful for these wonderful ppl!!”
