“I think the other reviews probably was talking about Laura Koppe location because my visit was opposite. This was very professional and the workers were all working. Not only that the store is very organized, smelled good and everyone was willing to help us. We went in for a part that was almost $10 more at autozone. We came here because we had never been to this location before and the quality parts that O'Reilly provides are superior to Autozone or Advanced in my opinion. The worker were very nice and friendly with happy helpful attitudes. We really have only good things to say about this location. They had no idea I was doing a review , they remained helpful the entire time and all of them were dressed clean with name tags. I didn't have to wait in a long line and we got our part no problem. These workers at this location need to be praised for their exemplary work ethics because I have been to other locations that are not even half as good. When we walked through the door one of the ladies said welcome to O'Reilly. That's how it should be ! Treat us with appreciation because there is competition right down the street. We just found us the best location on the north east side. If you need a part visit this store location if you like O'Reilly.”

“Only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of Terrence.He went above and beyond to help me with testing and replacing my battery. When I originally walked in, a different employee had verbally told me that they are unable to test my battery because of a new policy they have basically saying they can’t go outside and service vehicles when it’s dark. As I left the store, got back in my car and was about to leave, Terrance came and saved my nite. He was very profesional and kind, had me in and out within 15 minutes. My car is happy.”

“We just arrived back to Houston from an amazing getaway with family and needed a new battery, this young man MAX did us justice in this crazy Texas heat which was about 184degrees that day and yes he performed beyond what was expected of him and with an outstanding and superb job in replacing it. He did it in a timely manner that really suited our needs and we were off and running again with the A/C still in blast...never missing a beat. “I'm so happy that after I left H-E-B, I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if they have windshield wipers for my Hyundai.
