“I love, love, love this store. I actually have a pawn shop close to my house and I still choose to drive here. My first purchase was with Nico for a Michael Kors watch I was upset and she made my day. Everytime I come into the store she’s so friendly and helpful. The store is super clean, organized, and the atmosphere is everything. I’ll wait just to check out with her. She’s so thorough and so kind. I really love this store. 1000 out of 10. I remind this store to anyone looking for good quality merchandise and exceptional service.”

“Heard lots from my fellow nerds about this place. I came in here just to look around and left with a cool old oscilloscope. Been wanting one an old very basic unit for a while for tube TV repair and finding parasitic oscillations in old tube audio gear. Tested, working and serviced for a reasonable price. You can't find components anywhere anymore and this place has all of them. Ignore my incorrect scope cal I was just having fun. Please support local shops.”

“Long story short. Yesterday, one of my machines went down, and the replacement part was several hundred dollars with a few weeks delivery. So after speaking with a sales rep here at Ace. He took a look at the circuit board and noticed all of the components looked really good and noted there are no visual signs of any blow components. He offered an alternative suggest in replacing the fuse on the board which fixed the issue saving me several hundred dollars and invaluable down time. Thank Ace! I didn't catch your name but thank you for your expertise and help diagnosing the my issue. You definitely excelle in customer service.”
