“There have been some changes to the staff and I guess probably the owners. Which has an improvement as far as I'm concerned. There used to be a young man that worked there that was downright surly when he had to wait on someone. I haven't seen him in quite a while so I guess he's gone. The staff now is very friendly and super efficient and they have lots of available people to help. The only negative with this place is the parking. They share a parking space with a CBD plays and an eyeglasses place. And right around the back is Subway sandwiches. It is super congested and the parking is horrible. Try to go on off peak times. Afternoons are always a nightmare”

“I have a PO Box. It’s great! He held my little package for a month for me and I received another so far. Nice and easy with that 20 minute parking. Can confirm it’s good. Just don’t use it if you need early morning access, make sure to check the hours before signing up if you have a business to run or something. That’s the only negative. But it is open later so that’s a plus too.”

“Located at street level inside the 2 Houston Center. Open from 10 am-4 pm. Closed for lunch from 12:55 pm-1 pm. If she’s stepped away, there will be a note on the door. Theres only one lady working this post office and she’s great! Always scans and ships my packages quickly. I get the “package scanned for tracking” info minutes after dropping off.”
