“I was searching for a private mailbox where I could also receive packages at. I had called and visited several places and when I went in they would tell me oh well “you need give an estimate of how many packages and amount of mail you think you will have” then they would not give me straight answers on pricing etc- basically try to scam me… I tried setting up a “package box” at USPS and that was awful the website crashed plus you had to choose what size box you wanted without knowing how big or small things you were going to have sent in the future would be. So when I called In-n-out shipping and found out the prices and details I was glad and drove over with the right documents and it has been great. The owner and staff are nice.”

“Today I went to this location that is near my house and the truth is I was a little nervous, since I have had bad experiences in the post offices, that is why today I decided to come to the UPS office since I took the time to read the reviews, and the truth is I was surprised by the friendly and helpful treatment of the ladies and even more so by the one who treated me super friendly, the truth is that I will go back to this location”

They are always on top of their game, move quickly through a customer line, and deliver the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a UPS store location. I have used them to send large shipments from TX to the Northeast. When I needed to ship a large number of boxes back to TX, Reema created shipping labels & emailed them to me. I printed them and attached the labels to the boxes, and then she scheduled the pick up! So seamless, so much less stress! Once they arrived At her shop, I picked them up and paid at that time. I highly recommend giving your UPS business to this location :-)”

“I was at this store to witness a Will being signed by a friend, along with a couple of powers attorney. We were promptly waited on and the execution and notarization of the documents went smoothly. Before retirement I was a corporate attorney and participated in many transactions where notarization of documents was required. The UPS notary handled the process extremely well. I would not hesitate to use her for the notarization of any of my personal documents that required it.”
