“First and foremost, I have always used a drop off mailbox to send off mail. A quick drop and leave. But after being exposed to a walk-in postal center, I don’t believe that will be my same remedy from today moving forward. I surprisingly have never considered that customer service would be a beautiful addition to dropping off mail. When I first walked in to the store, I was quickly greeted with a hello and a smile and I was provided the stamps that I exactly needed at a great price. I was able to drop off my mail with security and confidence. I also had additional questions regarding the mail timeline, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely respectful and provided me insights.
All in all, I now have a post center I can count on. Thank y’all!”
“This little post office in our neighborhood is just the best! Always a friendly greeting when we open the door, and always a, “How can I help you?” The post people who work in this post office are so nice and they understand exactly what we need as soon as they are made aware why we’re there. From stamps to sending packages, or shopping the greeting card and magnet section, they are ready to help. Recently I had to go to another P.O. a few miles away. No one spoke at all as people came in and lined up for service. Some of us were treated with total indifference, and some with curt answers. Why is that? What makes the difference? Why do the guys at our little P.O. treat their customers with civility instead of rudeness?

“Someone referred me to this place for sending stuff overseas. When I arrived here, I was able to recognize the receptionist. I knew her a while back when she was working at Hong Kong Market. She is such a sweet woman. Since then, I only come here to send stuff overseas. Their services are always wonderful and fast. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.”

“Came in to print a document, printer kept jamming but Hector was kind enough to pause what he was doing with the mailboxes and helped me for 10 minutes and kept fixing the printer over and over so rhat I could have all pages printed out. Hector was great!”
