He was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable about the bike, parts, and just overall care of the bike. “Al did a fantastic job doing an entire sole tear down. Replacing the welt, midsole, and sole. On top of that fixed a heel squeak, and shined them like new. Would return and recommend. Wish I had a before pic, but the end result speaks for itself.”

“I am a notorious penny pincher, but I never second guess the expense for proper running shoes. Fleet Feet-Woodway is my store but any store that exclusively sells running shoes is best (make sure you understand the exchange/return policy which should give you a chance to tryout your new shoes.) Shoes get new models all the time, so a shoe that is perfect today may be a dud for you next year. Getting fitted by a knowledgeable salesperson is essential. (Just posted this on fb & thought I should share here too!)”
“Tray, Derek, and Lacresia(on her first day) were all amazing. I was shopping for shoes and a bag for a wedding today(last minute on my part), and they gave me the best customer service. They were patient (I’m very particular) and pleasant. All 3 of them went out of their way to help me find the shoes and bag I needed, and I was shopping for a particular color. I will definitely go back to this store because I am big on spending my money where it’s appreciated and that’s what happened here. They are excellent employees!”

“Kyle and his team were great. Took their time to figure out sizing of a boot that Red Wing only offers in a wide width and volunteered to stretch an old pair of boots that were slightly uncomfortable to wear.
Will gladly be back to buy a new pair from this store when the time comes.”
“Great outdoor gear and supplies store. They have everything from backpacks to flip flops. There's a sale section at the left back wall if you're looking for a good deal! There's parking available at the front and back of the area. It might get packed though as it shares the lot with Trader Joes but you can also park at the CVS across the street!The staff is also very nice and helpful.”

One of my pet peeves is discrimination and I did not experience this. Everyone was welcoming especially my parents since they do not speak English. “BEST STORE EVER!! I recently was traveling with my children (4 and 7) and got stuck in Houston for 2 days without our bags. This store was walking distance from the hotel the airport put us up in. They had everything our family needed, a new pair of shoes, underpants, and a bathing suit. I was submitting my receipts for reimbursement from the airline and realized I had lost the receipt in the travel chaos. I gave the store a call and the quickly found my receipt and emailed it to me.”

“Don't be misled by the name "Rodeo" or all of the cowboy gear that they have displayed. They are the BEST shop for repairing high end mens dress shoes. I've had my Italian shoes re-soled at many different places and Rodeo Shoe Repair provides by far the best quality and value. I consistently use their services to maintain my shoe collection. Likewise, they have helped me repair other leather goods that would have otherwise needed to be replaced. This store is a true hidden gem!”
