That definitely wasn't the best part tho Rosalyn I believe was her name( im so sorry if I misspelled it) she is the whole reason I decided to go through and make a purchase. “My wife and I were pulling a trailer from San Antonio to Waco when we had a blowout on the trailer. Called Good Sam for roadside assistance. They sent out David from Goodyear in Elm Mott. Super helpful. Swapped out the blown tire for the spare and gave me Brandon Fore's number (General Manager).
Called Brandon and set up an appointment the next day to replace all my tires and also change out the aluminum wheels to steel (the blown tire's wheel was ruined).
Dropped the trailer off the next day and went into Waco to see the sights. Took Goodyear maybe 2 hours to change the wheels and tires. Balanced the tires and torqued the lugs to the proper settings and we were on our way.
Brandon, David, and Goodyear saved what could have been a horrible trip into a great experience. We now feel safer for our return trip to Alabama. Thanks to all at Goodyear in Elm Mott Texas.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the team at Discount Tire. They truly went above and beyond for me today.
They officially closed at 6:00 PM, and I didn’t pull in until 6:05. Instead of turning me away, they welcomed me in with kindness and made sure I was taken care of so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back home to DFW on a donut tire. That level of customer service is incredibly rare, and I am so thankful for their willingness to stay late to help.
While I was there, I noticed a sign on the wall with Bruce T. Halle’s life lessons: Be honest. Work hard. Have fun. Be grateful. Pay it forward. It struck me because every single employee I interacted with was living those values. They were honest, hardworking, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me.
