“They are usually good. I'm on a lot of medicines and we sometimes get annoyed because they don't contact us to let us know about our medicine but it's hard to find a really good pharmacy anymore and they think they know more than my Doctors.”
“EDIT: yesterday I reviewed with 4 stars because they were not supplied with tea liners. Today, they had tea, and I’m resubmitting with 5 stars!
I would give this store 5 stars, but CEFCO management is causing them to lose a star. I stop at CEFCO because they have the best ice, and iced tea, & because all the ladies that work here at Miller Heights (#18) are kind and respectful and the equipment appears clean and well maintained. I even have the CEFCO app because one of the ladies said get the app—the points and ability to look up a gas purchase is nice. I get gasoline here because I can walk in and get tea, even though gas is cheaper in other places. So CEFCO managemnt/delivery people, get this store some tea liners! They haven’t been able to make tea in more than a week. I can’t do business here if they don’t have tea!”

“We stopped on a Thursday night 10:15pm and the place was well lit, clean and orderly and stocked with all things from food and drinks to gadgets and hats equipped with eight modern gas pumps. The attendant was kind and affable and the bathrooms were in terrific accord. A great stop for a traveler.”

“Best CEFCO Store In Belton. The only one I feel comfortable in. The other one within the area either dirty or out of products. Also I feel as an essential worker A USPS worker we should at least me allowed free ice or even 1 drink for the extreme summers. I paid for all refills with a CEFCO cup all summer at CEFCO on holland road 614 w ave O. Yes it’s policy but just a insight for a thought for the essential workers”

“My husband and I got our covid boosters at the Belton CVS and the overall experience was great. The young man giving use the shots was very friendly and did an excellent job giving the shots. I had to call the pharmacy before we went, and he was the one who answered the phone and graciously answered my questions. Other staff members were helpful while there.”

“I have been using this Walgreens for a year after moving back to the area. I’ve never had a problem and the pharmacy staff have always been courteous and professional. When I walk into the store the employees have always been courteous and always greet me with a smile.
I have noticed this pharmacy is very busy and have witnessed adults acting like entitled, brats, and treating staff with disrespect and blatant rudeness.
