“Joe Hudson's Collision Center at this Boerne location, was excellent. From the front desk to the technician, to the work on my vehicle, they exuded quality, efficiency and professionalism while being personable at the same time. The communication was second-to-none in keeping me updated about the progress and ETA of completion. I keep my vehicles in great shape, but had an unfortunate run-in with a deer. The work they did on my Jeep Wrangler, coordinating with my insurance, was high quality. I wish I could remember the name of the technician tasked to communicate with me, but unfortunately I don't. I want to give him and Tammy credit for being so kind but yet credible in my experience with their company. Would def bring any other vehicles here again, though I hope I don't need to. Highly recommend.”

“I needed to run in for a few parts today and had the opportunity of spending a few moments watching Bethany, Store mgr. in action. She seems to really manage her folks well. They actually like her. I understand why. In fact, I told Bethany to go home and tell her husband that he’s a lucky man. Maybe this will be the reminder that she needs.
I may be wrong, but I’m thinking that one of our team members, Steve with a V, has a tendency to do the job right all the time.
I think he would’ve offered to come and put on the wiper I purchased or to pick up the parts from the filter department, even if she wasn’t standing there as his boss. I just get a feeling that is the kind of guy he is.”
“Honestly, I have never loved going to dealerships and buying cars. It's next to having a root canal. Over the years, with numerous car purchases, its usually an unpleasant, if not negative experience. The pressure, the tactics, the strategies, and most of all, the time. You think you will be there for 2 hours tops and it takes a half a day. I purchased a new Ram Truck at Boerne Dodge, and Aaron Solis had a very good demeanor and communication style. He made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I didn't feel the normal pressure, the normal maneuvering. He explained things well, and worked to get us the discounts I wanted (I had done my research). Roy, who handled our paperwork, was likewise excellent. Casual, quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I give them the highest marks for the experience I had buying my new Dodge Ram truck. And.... the truck is incredible.”

I even took a problem to them that they don't work on but they took the time to send me to a shop that could get me taken care of, even though it was a competitor. “These are good guys doing good things in our community. I brought my wife's 2012 Nissan in for an estimate. Expecting a full, factory finish repair, I expected a $1,300 estimate....about right. However, when I brought it to Justin at Classic, he took one look at the damage and said 'I can give you two options, not one. Option One is full restoration to factory new. Option B, though, will make it 95% new. Not perfect but you won't notice it on a 24 year old car.' Option B was what I wanted. He took the keys, whisked it into the shop, and 15 minutes later was out with a bumper that looked like almost new. You could not tell there had been damage unless you were looking for it. The charge? Zero. I insisted, but he said no. We need more guys like Justin in our community.”

“If I could leave 10 stars I would! Chad and his team are ROCK STARS! I work in Home Health & Hospice so my care is my office. The had my VW Atlas up and running in 48 hours! The dealerships needed to keep it 2-3 days just to run diagnostics. They are HONEST AND QUICK! They are reasonably priced too! They are my LIFETIME CAR CARE PEOPLE! The first cylinder went out then the hood cable busted.”
“Great work, fixed my shotty alignment that was done by a big chain, took the time to show me issues with my truck. I’m working out of town and dread finding place that I can trust. Happy to say I’d be willing to travel just to get Cody to work on my truck. It’s nice to find a good shop when I have had people tell me they can’t do simple alignments on my truck.”

Even going as far as helping to re-fabricate my aftermarket accessories mounted on the rear end. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here for collision work, hands down the greatest experience I’ve had in a long while. It’s refreshing to know there’s still humans out there that care.”
“Greg built me an engine for the Fireball Class at I-37 Speedway.
I dropped the engine in and it fired right up.
I did not have to set the timing or adjust the carburetor.
I ran the engine one full season and did not have to do anything except change the oil.
If I ever need another one I will for sure get it from Greg.
In addition to the great engine Greg is very knowledgeable in racing set ups and very helpful.

“This was hands down best experience at a dealership, and I have a dealership phobia because of salesmen. However, Joseph our salesman felt like family. He worked hard to find us the perfect truck at a great price. He even helped put my son's car seat in the the truck so we could go on a test drive. We went for a bit of a joy ride and he let me get a coffee since I had been working all day before coming to the dealership. He was kind, and knowledgeable. It didn't take all day either, the dealership is great about getting documentation done which was wonderful. I would definitely ask for Joseph and if you need a Ford, this is the place to come!!!”
