“Its nice to see they had exactly what their web page stated they had. (Unlike another auto parts company stated but didn't) Our parts representative was exceptional in making sure he had my information in their database for history & marketing. He was very personable and enjoyed the customer relationship aspects of his job. Very quick and easy and polite. Overall we are 100% satisfied. In & out.”

“Got some paint overspray on my car, likely from road workers painting the roads. These guys took a look at it and said that could buff it out. They did an amazing job and even rinsed the whole thing down for me. Amazing staff, really great people.”

“Good service I just don't like the return policy on tools. Now I'm stuck with a tool I'll never use. I do understand that's a company policy other than that I'd give five stars because the the guy who helped me or the guys who helped knew their stuff.”

“100% Recommend Full Force Off RoadI took my truck in for a clunking noise coming from the front suspension and they were able to diagnose the issue right then and there. Sent me a repair estimate and got me on the schedule shortly after.Dropped my vehicle off and was quoted 2 days for repair, while they didn't quite deliver on that deadline their communication about the delay was above expectations as they let me know it would be an extra day due to some unforeseen issues with the vehicle. I also took comfort in knowing that they were going the extra mile in making sure the issues that the truck arrived with were remedied.Took delivery of the truck and WOW! It drives like a dream and that clunking noise is GONE.Will be taking my vehicle to Full Force for any and all automotive needs going forward. Great work Chris, Jayden and Christian!”
