“So...I had recently called to get service , the customer rep I spoke to , very kind , Maria got me set up. I got my 1st bill and nearly had a heart attack. Called and tried to figure it out, 1st guy, rude..., BUT turns out I ended up getting Naria again, and Susan I think, BOTH EXCEPTIONAL. They got with a supervisor, didn't get her name , however that team Maria and supervisor, got me all set up correctly, went over my bill..got me set...even with owing a past due ( my kids, not me ) I recommend 10000000%. They really care about your experience and service with them. GO MARIA!! And Susan , I think and SUPERVISOR! I appreciate you all...not the rude guy though. Thanks GVTC”
