“My mom and I were out driving when we heard a noise like something dragging on the ground. It was a plastic casing. I figured a little duct tape and we'd be back on our way home and we could fix it later. No duct tape but Mike Tate's was right by us. We dropped in and told them the situation. They took a look, removed a stick that had somehow popped up and got stuck in the casing and zip tied it in place! They were awesome. Did it for free and in about 15 minutes! We are immensely grateful! Terrific experience and would absolutely go to them again!”

“My husband, fancying himself a welder, attempted to fix our truck's aftermarket muffler system when the tip unexpectedly fell off. His DIY effort, evident in one of the photos, was unfortunately unsuccessful, and the muffler tip detached again. Fortunately, we found Express Muffler. Not only did they provide new muffler tips, but their craftsmanship was both beautiful and impeccable. We're extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. They were lifesavers, accommodating us at short notice, and were a pleasure to work with. Our experience with them was thoroughly enjoyable.”

Was told it would be a few hours due to a wait but they got it done in 1!!!! Tire was saved and didn't cost a fortune, will come back again!!!”

“What an experience. To be honest, I've never felt so "clean" leaving a dealership; one can get used to the pleasures of shopping without going to war for hours to drive the price down. The beautiful thing is with Fort Bend KIA (FBK) is that there are no gimmicks, and for that, it's an easy 5-stars for me. FBK sells at MSRP--yes, you read that right. There is no sellers upcharge. Packages for maintenence and service are offered but NOT REQUIRED for purchase. Everyone who has shopped for a car knows you usually will usually leave the dealership paying 5 or 6k USD than the price tag you were shown on ads for God knows what. Again, FBK is not the norm.The place is small, but well maintained. Complimentary coffee (with optional dehydrated "milk" for a latte) is provided. For those who get hungry while playing the waiting game, there are a couple vending machines in the back. The showroom holds about 4 vehicles comfortably. Tables for their sales team sit on the outside edge of the showroom. If you're planning to shop weekends, an appointment may be necessary as these tables are not going to be empty (and for good reason). Seriously, FBK should be on your list to visit if you're shopping.Cheers.”
