If there is a line someone will ask if they can help. Always pleasant, professional and understanding. Last week I was upset because they have made some changes with the service to accounts (all the institutions have done this). May was very helpful and did what she could to assist me. “came here with my check after the BOA on pin oak in katy TX denied me because I was wearing a mask. I do NOT want to take my mask off because I'm immunocompromised and I know someone who is sick and getting tested for covid. This location didn't force me to take my mask off and was able to cash my check by verifying with my ID and another card. So the pin oak office just straight up lied to me because they didn't wanna help me and made me waste gas. Anyway thanks to the employees here that got my financial aid check to me after going through all the verification to ensure all was ok.”
