His customer service was above and beyond and he even worked with me and my schedule and allowed me to come in a few minutes after the store was actually closed. “This location has kind employees and picking up the cars has been quick and easy. My only complaint is the confusing pick up radius language. Last time I rented, I ubered to pick the car up. When I dropped it off I asked about their pick up/drop up services. The woman helping me looked up my address and said their range is 5 miles and at 3.9 miles away, I was in range. I called to arrange a pick up for my most recent rental, and they told me I was out of range with the same address. They still ended up picking me up, and when I asked for clarity on the range, I was told it was 5 miles round trip. So they really only pick you up if you’re within 2.5 miles, which seems like a very small radius. The standard on the enterprise website is 10 miles. I wish they would provide clearer messaging on this service.”

“Have never had a problem with rentals. I always choose budget because they are more affordable. But this last time, my rental vehicle was dirty on inside and out. I had to stop and wash it down because the spots all over windows was driving me crazy! There were crumbs inside. Not what I expected for living in Covid times. Also sprayed lysol all over before my kids got in.”
