“Roger and his team took great care of me and my dog when my truck died literally down the street from their garage. Having a diesel truck, I am pretty picky about which mechanics I let work on it, so it was a blessing that my truck died just a 100 yards down the road from a diesel engine repair shop. Roger was able to accurately assess the issue and they were able to squeeze me in and get the truck running again in just a couple hours. Then I took it back a couple weeks later for additional work and they were able to get it all done in a few days…communication was great throughout the process and the charges were what Roger initially quoted me. Overall a very positive experience, and I will be taking my diesel trucks back there for any future repairs and maintenance.”
“I had an exceptional experience. My window was rolled down, and when I tried to roll it back up, it made a terrible crunching noise and wouldn’t close. I came in on a Friday expecting that I’d probably have to leave my car for several days because I didn’t think there was any way they could fit me into the schedule that late in the week.
I was told that the schedule was full up, but then someone stepped out of the back office, came out to look at my car, and immediately started finding a solution. He tracked down the part at a dealership in San Antonio and personally drove there to pick it up so my repair could be completed that same day.
I was honestly blown away by the level of customer service. They didn’t just fix my car—they went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t left with a window that wouldn’t close. Taking the time to squeeze me into the schedule and making a special trip to pick up the part showed a level of dedication that is incredibly rare these days.
