“My 2014 Prius was giving up the ghost, and I was in denial. I had gone elsewhere first and gave it a new 12-voltl battery, then a new hybrid battery, thinking that would fix the problems. It didn't. then I took it to Northwest Imports, and they gave me the lowdown on what was wrong. they didn't pull punches, they didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need, they just told me the engine needed replacing, and it is not worth the cost. They charged me a very reasonably dianosis fee, and within 2 days I had a new car. I almost with I had gotten another foreign car so I could keep bringing it here for service.”

Everyone I interacted with from over the phone to the mechanic was truly a joy -- AND NO snarky-ness that I seem to get more and more of these days from mechanics. My particular issue was with a common issue that I thought I had with my MK8 VW Golf R -- the water thermostat housing -- if you know, you know. Well they got the car on the lift within minutes and diagnosed it right then and there. Everything checked out to be OK and they topped off the coolant fluid at NO CHARGE. I was absolutely stunned by the level of service this shop provides. I know not every situation is treated the same, but I will be coming back for any of my Golf R needs. Thank y'all so much!”

They rebuilt the transmission on a Ram 2500 in September. Recently there was an issue with it and they fixed it at no charge. They are easy to communicate with, transparent and fair in their pricing, and take care of their people. Highly recommend!”

They ran a bunch of tests. Ends up there was corrosion inside the terminals that I didn't clean properly when I changed the battery. Cost me $130 instead of $1,000.”

“So far these guys are getting an A+ in my book. I had just bought a used vehicle that was giving me issues and thought it was my transmission. When I got my oil changed at Midas, I was told it wasn't my transmission but instead two motor mounts and one transmission mount. Took it back where I purchased the vehicle from and they said they had replaced them. It was still making jerking motions so I took it to another transmission shop. The guy at Austin Transmissions said I needed a $6,000 transmission and never even put it on the lift. My ex mentioned he trusted Eagle Transmissions work and they rebuilt his transmission noting he was very happy with their work and I should have them look at it. They had to keep my car for a few days but did an, honest, overall diagnosis/evaluation and said I still needed at least a lower transmission mount and it was misfiring on 5 out of 6 cylinders. They saved me from having an even bigger problem And let me know they couldn't finish without first fixing the misfires but could certainly finish after that issue was resolved. It was nice and clean in the lobby and it wasn't gross or filthy which was completely opposite from the experience we had at Austin transmissions who wanted to charge me over six grand for a rebuilt transmission I may not even need. The staff was friendly and compassionate to my situation. They really are Great people and a family business. I would recommend them with a 10 star rating if possible. They went over and above. My ex did note that they were a little overpriced, but he also said, you get what you pay for. Some things you can't be cheap about. It's the quality of the work and it was well worth it. Thank you Eagle Transmission. When my misfires are resolved, I'll be back in. Honesty goes a long way.”

These guys are seasoned professionals with the skill and the facility to execute what others can’t even attempt. They installed a fully custom exhaust system on my Ferrari 296 GTB — something no other shop has been able to make work. And I mean no one. As far as I know, I’m the only person running a true custom exhaust on a 296 GTB/GTS. The ECU is locked down tight, you can’t tune the car, and everything has to be engineered around that.
