“I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. I have been a member of Security Service credit Union for 9 years. I am a veteran, truck driver, entrepreneur, and now full time ministry. I appreciate the financial education support, protection, guidance in participating in the multiple offers THAT IS VERY EFFECTIVE. Such as the phenomenal id theft. I had an issue that they were at the fore front off supporting me through the solutions, without abandoning the needs of the customer. It was this location that I have always had a great experience with Mr. Oscar L. Galarza, I’ve known now since coming to this location, he befriended me from the start with a greet and a smile. Mr. Fernando Herrera came like a banking superhero with the most amazing customer retention strategies that brought me to this blessed review. I appreciate this bank that much more for these 2 men. I was so impressed by how super friendly Raul and Priscilla Hernandez were to not only us but by other members coming in. It’s like they were all friends. “I was simply going to call this location and use apple maps to look up nearest and number for it when I saw it had a one star review I was genuinely curious. When I saw the reviews it was no wonder why, it seems as though all the customers like myself have never taken the time to put in a review for y'all and that sucks because out of, at the very least, 10-15 times Ive been to this location its always been quick, simple, and the associates were more than nice and helpful. I was taken back to see the other reviews I saw which some looked to be based on mere insecurity/and or intuition of a customer, how crazy! “Access to this location is difficult due to a median blocking one entrance NB Gold Canyon and limited entry/exit points, requiring detours if an exit is missed on the Access Rd. Other than that the staff and services are great.”
