“Friendly folks and great service. I was in Florida on vacation when my card was locked up. Was able to call customer service and got someone on the phone in less than 30seconds to help me. You don't get kind of service from a big bank. Will never bank anywhere simply for that fact. After traveling for more than half a day and everything in the world going wrong, I was a jam and they were able to solve my issue immediately. Also, they also recognize my family when we come to the drive thru and give my two boys suckers every time.... I went to Wellsfargo drive thru, where we also had an account, and asked for a s****** I was told they weren't giving out suckers due to the pandemic. That doesn't even make any sense.”
“For the most part I'm exceptionally pleased. Customer service, whether in person or byphone have always been extremely helpful and courteous. After my last husband's death I did have issues trying to cash checks made out to "The Estate of......." and was told I needed to have his will probated, which I did, more for other reasons than a couple of checks. Unfortunately I wasn't told I also needed an estate account which I wasn't going to do. Instead I went to the check issuers and had the checks replaced, which was no small feat with Blue Cross Blue Shield! I have to say, I miss Community Bank, where we knew each other by name and could get immediate loans, etc. when necessary. But, that's what comes with growth and growth is good, right?”

“I came to edit my previous post. I was sooo frustrated that I drove the 2 hours to the bank and now understand why the staff can’t answer the phone all the time. They are busy and limited staff. I got some awesome help from the young lady at the front, I’m sure I didn’t get her name, but she calmed me down and was sending assisting me, making appointments so I can get the help I needed. Jessica Davis is also amazing! She was very helpful in handling my sisters POA and helping me get what I needed. She even faxed finds for me and called the credit card services to help with that process.
